Rates on this site
The chart on the rates page is a national locked-loan average from HousingWire. It is not a quote from Egan Financial Group LLC, not a lock, and not a promise that your loan will price there. Your rate depends on credit, property, occupancy, loan amount, and the investor. Calculators start at that same 30-year print so the box is not empty. Change the number. It is still not a quote.
License
Egan Financial Group LLC is a mortgage banker, NMLS 2647764. Illinois Residential Mortgage License 0310003293. We originate only where we are licensed. Verify the company and Bill Egan (NMLS 7342) on NMLS Consumer Access. More states will show up on the licensing page only after a license is issued.
What you send us
Contact forms and application files are for originating your loan. We do not sell your name, email, or phone to a lead mill. Application data goes through the LenderLogix / Encompass portal. We keep records the way mortgage rules require, and we do not use your file to train public AI models.
